I accidentally ordered the wrong size curvea accent pillow so I reached out to customer service to exchange it for a smaller size pillow. I was told that their “policy” states that they can’t exchange sizes and would just send me a replacement for the same size. I was then transferred to a supervisor which took (no lie) 45 minutes before some one came back on just to tell me the same thing. I’m still baffled at their policy and horrible customer service.
