Pleasantly surprised - it looks surprisingly real. I spent a few hours bending branches and turning leaves to reduce the number of visible undersides of the leaves (which are the most unrealistic plant of the plant). It's also perfect height for filling a corner of a room that has 10' ceilings without taking much width.
