The item construction was fine. The issue was with the actual color being dark brown with a bit of a dark purple cast versus matching its color name “Charcoal” which should instead be a dark gray. The product tags were also wrinkled and faded, so it gave the impression that this potentially may have been a used/washed and returned item being resold.
