I am so happy with this purchase! As others have mentioned, this really is an incredibly cozy, soft, and beautiful high-quality quilt. I absolutely love the neutral Hazel Chambray colour, which blends perfectly into my bedroom.I also love that it is filled with 100 organic cotton batting rather than synthetic polyester, giving it a lovely, breathable weight that feels amazing to sleep under. It washes wonderfully too. You can really tell it was hand-stitched with love. Highly recommend.Ive included pictures of this organic quilt along with rugs that I purchased from Wayfair so you can compare colours. At the foot of the bed, you can see a moss graystone rug that I bought from Wayfair five years ago, and on the floor by the bedside is the seafoam bloom wool hand-knotted 2x3 rug which I recently purchased from Wayfair. Love this!. It feels like percale should; soft and crisp. It is just the right weight, not too heavy or too light. The only thing that is odd is that there are ties at the bottom to secure the duvet and not the top which seams it should be the other way around. It's fine because I wasn't expecting ties anyway. I have the diamond comforter for winter but it starts feeling a little bit too warm in May - so I got the Channel handstitched quilt for the summer to fall months and it is perfect.
