When our mattress arrived and we opened it up. The mattress was stained. I called and the only way I could return it was to send it back. With it being shrink wrapped that was impossible. So they gave us some money back but the stain is still there.

Mattress came with stains on it. terrible customer service..they just say they will reach out from the vendor within two business days. When I heard back from them via email, they said I need to send them pictures. Then I sent them pictures and two days later they email back saying they need a picture of the mattress tag. Why didn’t they tell me that when they asked for picture
