Mattress came within two days as expected. The box was a little beat up but the mattress was fully protected in the plastic wrap. The mattress reached 9 inches within an hour. I slept on it the same night because the smell was not too bad. I'm not too concerned that the mattress didn't reach 10 inches because it's a comfortable mattress and sits far enough over the lip of my bed frame. I'm not too particular with mattresses but this mattress is definitely more on the firm side. As a 115lb petite woman, I don't sink into it too much but I still find the mattress very comfortable and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Also a plus, the delivery person brought it up to my door, because it is a little heavy in the box.

It is just what we wanted! We had a 7" memory foam mattress that was too hard for me but my husband loved it. We decided to change our entire bedroom and get a king size bed with a little bit softer mattress so we can both sleep good, and this 10" medium mattress is just perfect! I get such a great sleep now without my shoulders or hip hurting. It came compressed to us, we gave it a night, unpacked, to fully develop its thickness, but honestly it rises right away when you unpack it. It doesn't have such a bad smell, just a tiny bit, and you would notice only when you lay down on the mattress. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Size:Twin
Just bought 3 of these mattresses, 2 twins, and 1 queen. I just noticed what looks and smells like mold (havent officially tested yet) on 1 of the twin mattressed where my 8 yr old son sleeps. The other 2 mattresses are fine (so far). I am perplexed on why this happened, the other mattress is in the same room. We have only had this since Dec 2016, so 2 months. I will be calling the manufacturer and asking for a replacement or refund, will see what happens.
