This is a great quality pillow. l am truly impressed with the design and shipment. I would purchase again.

Finding the right pillow is not easy. This pillow is better than some however, it is not the best. I am a side sleeper and got this pillow since it claims it is for side sleepers. It is medium firmness and to me it is not. It is too soft and provides no neck support. Even when I use another pillow behind it, the support is still not there. I wake up with headaches every morning. Back to the drawing board for me.

I had been looking for a new pillow to try because of neck stiffness from my current one. The one I’ve been using seemed too firm and was hopeful this one by ReFine would be less so. But, it is actually too soft and my head sinks down almost to the mattress. So, if you like a medium to firm support pillow, this isn’t the one to order.
