The pillow is very soft, even on the firm side. I bought it because I thought it would eliminate the need for two pillows, but it doesn't. It is NOT for hot sleepers! This pillow was surprisingly hot.

I have easily tried a dozen pillows to fix neck and shoulder (trap muscle) pain, it was so bad I went to drs. massages, and even physical therapy. This pillow is the only one that has guaranteed a fix. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd, to make sure I can keep using them into the future and to make sure I have a supply when they wear out.

The whole idea is lost when you have to squeeze both pillows into one pillow case.

So far the pillow has been comfortable and supportive. No problem as of today.

This pillow felt very comfortable at first , but then it starts to get flat within a week. Purple could improve the material inside more like a down goose filling it will be a great product to sell
