Absolutely horrible. My lower backache came back after one night sleeping on this mattress. The whole night, I felt a lot of numbness in different parts of my body. To rub salt to the wound, this mattress went on sale AFTER I already bought it at full price. VERY disappointed. Should have listened to family members' cautionary advice against buying a mattress without having tried it on. I thought all the nice reviews could be trusted.

Certainly a quick processing of my order, but delivery was not as quick, and ultimately arrived three hours after the end of my delivery window. The king mattress in its box was pretty easy to maneuver into position. It definitely takes awhile to expand to its full shape and thickness. I found it quite comfortable, and therefore a great value.

I was hesitant in trying a bed in a box. But I’m glad I trusted the reviews. It’s very comfortable and great price. I can’t comment too much if it keeps me cool. But it doesn’t make me hot or warm.
