We choose this mattress after returning another that was extra firm. That one was hard as a rock and was like sleeping on the floor. So we went with medium firmness thinking it would be much better and not as hard. Wrong! It is just as hard and uncomfortable and we are now stuck with it because of your refund policy. We are very disappointed. I believe the mattress was mismarked. It seems to be the same firmness as the extra firm.
