I wish the inside was filled with cotton as well instead of polyester but this insert's cover was cotton which felt great! Lightweight & warm & it's a down (feather) alternative which means no feather filling & no birds being violently plucked of their natural coats.. the feather/down industry doesn't use pain killer to the birds either & down is the little feathers on the birds' chests to keep THEM and their babies & eggs warm, not us.. We don't need another animal's coat to be warm at night, we have our own methods and this duvet insert is perfect for a lightweight, fluffy, warm topping on the cake that is our bed lol!. Anonymous. This down comforter is super nice. It’s is so soft and cool to the touch. The kids love it. Wish it came it darker colors. White and kids no go together. It does lose its shape over time washed. The stuffing bunches up.. April. US. Mon Feb 26 2024
