I love the look and quality of the vanity but despite the fact that it came really well packaged, the quartz countertop was smashed when we opened it. All Modern addressed the issue quickly and gave me a partial refund which I am using to have a new countertop made. (Extra time and effort but I love the vanity and didn't want to send it back.).
