Waffle Twist 100% Cotton Hand Towel

I like these hand towels. I'm still getting used to them, but they have a soft texture and seem absorbent. I've only washed them once and still get some fuzzies on me when I use them but imagine this will improve over time.

These towels are lush. The underside is terry cloth. They are very thirsty and high quality. The color is spot on regarding the pictures. Matches my bold wallpaper perfectly!

This waffle towel is the best quality hand towel I have found. A great touch/feel and absorbent. The color is beautiful. Now that I own it it is the only towel I want in my husband's bathroom and I will have to order the other sizes because I know he will love them!

The color and feel are excellent. However, functionally, it’s not going to work well as a hand towel. The weave is so loose that with the first use I have already snagged the thread despite removing my jewelry! A nail caught it. I had hoped it would work in the powder room but my guest is not going to enjoy snaring my towel loops.

When I ordered this item I specifically check for bath towel which it noted. They were oversized hand towels

Maybe I can get your attention this way? I bought a bunch of these a year ago, partially with PayPal and partially with a gift card that I received as a gift. I returned the towels and have proof of return and proof they were received, yet the gift card portion of my order was never credited to me. I was told I would receive 150 in store credit (the amount of the card). Nothing. Well, something: the return now shows that I owe you money, over two-hundred dollars, ha. Hello??? It's been like a year now.
