We've had this installed for quite a while now. It works well, and gives you multiple options on where you want the water to come out at. That always helps when cleaning the shower as well. It looks nice in the shower too.

I’m please with how it works and how it sprays with three different options. I wasn’t happy with the hose finish as the black finish seems to be chipping easily and we only had it for about 3 months.
