Couple reasons for the 3 star...These are all expensive no matter which way you look at it. Maybe I would be impressed with a $1,000 one??? There is no trim option for this one I believe. The inside magnifying mirror is plastic and unimpressive-just not real pretty, but useful. My handy guy installed without difficulty ...BUT-The doors MUST come OFF to install shelves.....
