Damaged product and the replacement is also damaged. Both toilets have a large chip / crack. It has to be shipped that way as the packing was great- exterior box had minor marks but the interior boxes were unharmed. Poor quality control at manufacturing

Really nice toilet for the price but unfortunately mine was leaking. There is a tiny crack in the porcelain. We tried to patch it up but I'm not sure if it will last. I really would hate to install it again.

Like others have said, very annoying to install in small spaces. If you have small hands like me you can fit them through the side panels to tighten the toilet screws. We had some technical issues regarding our plumbing, but totally not the toilet's fault (just the lazy homeowners before us). Other than that, functions great, looks sleek, and most importantly is easy to clean. 4/5 only because it's a tight squeeze to install, still would buy again.
