Received a broken item and then experienced a week of being bounced back and forth between AllModern and the manufacturer with neither taking responsibility for replacement. Delayed our remodel. We will not be using AllModern again. Edited 8/5 to add: Wow. AllModern marked my review "Neighbors Program". I did not receive a free item. I paid over $400 for this. They eventually refunded after weeks of back and forth. Even more angry that they are trying to pass this off as my purchase not being verified.

Had to have a second one shipped, first one was destroyed in shipping. Reason for damage was the outer protective carton was missing. Wayfair customer service is great and jumped to get the replacement.
