Verticyl Rectangular Undermount Bathroom Sink with Overflow

First of all, I ordered two of these sinks back in late September, they both arrived in October however, one of the units had a defect with the glazing so I called and requested a return/replacement. I was told to keep both and that they would ship out a new one to replace the defected one. A month rolled around and nothing, so I called back in November, they said they would initiate the replacement again. Nothing arrived so I called back in December and they said they would cancel the replacement order and initiate a new order plus would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Neither the 10% nor the sink arrived. Called again, now for the 4th time. This one was finally a charm - the sink arrived within the week, and received the 10% discount, although not sure I'll use it. Have not installed it yet, but hopefully no issues. It's a good thing my contractor is delayed with the other work that I didn't have to install it back in October.

Really like this sink because it’s so square and angular. Even the bottom is square and not rounded like some. Great price too!

These sinks don’t drain well because they are too flat. The drain plug design obstructs what water flow their is and we wind up removing the plug to prevent standing water. Thankfully I haven’t dropped anything down the open drain yet.

We bought this sink for our son's bathroom, it's just perfect. Pairs well with the Metris widespread faucet with double handles.
