Same thing happened 6 mons.ago?? …decent toilet but took 3 times to get one not cracked… Same thing broken 2 times!! due to inadequate shipping system .ie needs more paper wrap and DOUBLE BOX on large heavy porcelain will save time and money in the long run.

Toilet was broken in many pieces inside the box. Probably the worst example of packing I've ever seen. Nothing professional about it. Loose random pieces of foam not secured to anything and 5-6" of space all around the toilet inside the box.
