Immediately noticed that my order was not submitted correctly for the right color selection that we chose, called the next day after ordering customer service was very unhelpful. Let me know that I had to wait for the package to arrive in order to cancel it and issue a refund. Upon receiving a package, I initiated the return and which their website was not intuitive nor offered a refund option. Called into customer service to again receive subpar help and put all the return process back on me, will most likely not be ordering from all modern again.

My contractor has yet to install it but the quality seems impressive. This doesn't at all feel cheap, which it shouldn't because it was on the higher end of the price range, but definitely seems to justify its price point.
