Pivotal Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Drain Assembly and DIAMOND™ Seal Technology

I received the item today. The box had clearly been opened before. The faucet was covered with smudges and finger prints. This was obviously a returned item. I don't even know whether the contents of the box are complete. Nonetheless, in order not to create additional construction delays, I will have a plumber attempt to install it. If if functions as expected, then we can call it good. If not, I plan to return it for a refund. In any case, I consider it deceptive to attempt to resell returned merchandise as new without prior disclosure to the purchase.

Advertised as coming with a drain assembly but it doesn't. You have to purchase the drain assembly separately. False advertisement is not a customer-centric practice. Also, this is a pretty large faucet, so note the reach and height before you purchase.

Going to be ordering more for the rest of the bathroom sinks and possibly some as gifts.
