Whilst Brabantia products are extremely high quality, this trash can's flip lid is noisy and wacks against the wall. I wanted to return this unused product but All Modern refused to accept the return, despite the item being in its packaging and entirely unused. I am appalled at All Modern's lack of customer service and suggest that customers purchase from alternative retailers.
