Product is fine. BUYER BEWARE…..I paid extra for expedited shipping and item was late. Call customer service to ask for a refund and got not our problem so no refund on the shipping. Of course customer service is somewhere in the world and scripted response so no help from them. I’m giving them 1 star because customer service and the way the do business sucks

If I could give this zero stars I would. This wall adapter DOES NOT FIT with the soap dispenser that it is intended for! For such an expensive product this is an extreme disappointment!

Perfect! I have a tiny half bath where I can only fit a toilet and a 14 inch corner vanity/sink. We just remodeled and our soap dispenser will not fit on our new vanity/sink. This wall adapter is sleek and modern, takes up little space and holds the matching SONO Soap Dispenser, which I also ordered.
