Upon receiving the item, I was very disappointed! I gave a 0 rating because the product I received did not match the description or photos on the website. The items were advertised as cream colored and onyx brown, but what I received was light green and onyx brown. The color discrepancy is significant and makes the items unsuitable for the space and design I intended. This kind of misrepresentation creates a lack of trust in the product listing and the company overall. Accurate product representation is critical, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. However, I want to take a moment to commend the incredible representative who resolved my issue, an absolute standout in customer service. From the moment she (Cadence) stepped in her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. She listened attentively, acknowledged the problem without hesitation, and took swift, thoughtful action to make things right. What truly set her apart was her warm demeanor and clear dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. I felt genuinely heard and valued throughout the process. Kudos to Cadence and because of her I will continue to purchase from AllModern!
