65'' Soaking Bathtub

I wish I could give this a negative star rating. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious—truly the worst I've ever encountered. I paid for the so-called "deliver-to-the-room-of-your-choice" service, but the truck driver just dumped my order outside like it was garbage. After wasting hours on the phone with customer service, they promised to move it inside the next business day, but that never happened. Days later, I had to call them again, and guess what? They had no idea what I was talking about! I spent a torturous 30 minutes repeating my story while they put me on hold, trying to figure out their own mess. In the end, they offered me two pathetic options: they might contact the delivery service again (who would probably refuse), or they’d give me a tiny refund that wouldn’t even cover finding another service. To top it off, they refused to admit any fault or offer an apology, despite my explicit request. ALLMODERN is a disaster! I will never shop here again!

The tub looks great, and is very heavy, but I'd reconsider purchasing based on my issues with the push pop drain assembly. The drain does leak water, and will sometimes make a fluttering noise from the rubber flange, regardless you'll need to continue to fill the tub. with water to continue bathing. I've reached out to All Modern about the issue and was told they wouldn't and couldn't replace the part but would see if they could find a replacement to purchase. Have yet to hear back. Buy with caution.

I was very nervous about a black tub for a fix and flip home. I am still very nervous about it but everybody who walks in the bathroom including my husband says oh I didn’t like this in the beginning but now I really like it so let’s hope I sell the house.

This is such a beautiful tub. We installed it in our cabin and it is just the look I was going for.

EXTREMELY HEAVY!! Plan for 4 capable people to unpack and install this tub. It has been sitting in my barn since I received it waiting for a contractor to come with a lift to carry the tub to my second floor deck in order to get it into the house as it could not be carried up the stairs. Very frustrating as I tried to cancel the order the day after I ordered it once I realized the weight and Wayfair refused saying it was already in production which is impossible in a 24 hour time period. And of course Wayfair would make me pay for return shipping if I tried to return it which would cost a significant amount of the purchase price.
