Great crib!

from OK on 09/16/2015 – Verified Buyer

I was a little hesitant to buy a crib we hadn't seen in person, but after I found out the one we liked at Buy Buy Baby was going to take 6 weeks to arrive, I had to find something that would be here sooner. I took a leap with this crib based on other people's reviews and am so glad I did. The simple, classic look is just what we wanted and it took my husband and I less than an hour to assemble (I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time.) We purchased the Naturepedic No Compromise Organic Cotton Classic 150 Seamless Dual Firmness Crib Mattress and it fits perfectly. I read some reviews about crib skirts not working with it, but I didn't have any issues getting one to work. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I am very happy with our purchase.

Pros: Easy assembly, toddler rail included, fast shipping
Cons: None

So far so good

from Grants Pass, OR on 05/20/2015 – Verified Buyer

We bought this crib fairly early in our pregnancy so we don't have a baby to put in it yet. Putting it together was super easy and all of the predrilled holes lined up perfectly. I love the clean design and it seems very sturdy. So far very happy with this purchase!

Baby isn't here yet so can't give it 5 stars

from MD on 07/07/2015

Baby is due in late August so we have not had the pleasure of using the crib yet. I did not want to give it 5 full stars until we were able to try it out. I can however say the crib is solid and was easy to assemble. My husband and I have wanted this crib from almost the beginning of my pregnancy and we are super thrilled with the craftsmanship and how well it goes in our nursery. A friend told me she could not get a crib skirt to fit but we had no issue. Our crib skirt had slits in the corners so the material could go around the brackets holding up the mattress. I'm not sure if her's was missing the slits. Highly recommend this crib so far and can't wait to get our little guy in it!

Pros: Easy assembly, made from good materials, solid, beautiful, sleek, not bulky
Cons: will have to unscrew mattress base to lower it later on

Beautiful crib, very easy assembly.

from Austin, TX on 07/12/2015 – Verified Buyer

I was thrilled to receive this crib in the mail for our first baby. It has a great modern style that costs much more at other retailers. It arrived looking exactly like the pictures. We ordered grey, and the color is even better looking in person - a rich, warm, soft grey tone. The assembly was super easy! 8 big pieces that fit together easily. The wood is a little soft, so be careful not to bang the pieces into each other or they will ding. Overall, a great buy. Couldn't be more pleased!

Pros: Worth the extra ~$100 for the modern style, looks fantastic. So easy to assemble.
Cons: Can get dings if banged around. Super sticky labels on the outside - buy some adhesive remover!

We love our Hudson crib and the shade of gray finish is beautiful. It was a easy set up for my husband to do alone and there weren't too many screws to overwhelm or frustrate you during assembly. I give it four stars only because when putting together the mattress spring (suggested at the end according to the manual, you can easily scratch the interior wood if you are not careful). I would buy this crib again and recommend it for design and quality.

Modern but not TOO modern.

from FL on 11/02/2015 – Verified Buyer

I think this is a great crib. I found similar ones for thousands at boutique shops. Umm... It's for a baby, I can't stand the idea of spending so much on something that is mostly aesthetic. My s baby has no clue. It's safe and was pretty easy to put together.

Pros: good value, easy to put together, convertible

This crib came damaged the first time due to the packaging being less than ideal. However, the manufacture sent a replacement and packaged up the original one for us and sent it back. The final result is amazing. The piece looks great. Well worth the wait for the second piece.

This came in 2 days!! It was packaged very well and very easy to assemble. It took my husband and I about 10 minutes to assemble. It looks AMAZING in our nursery. It has that modern look but not TOO modern :) we love the clean lines and it is very well made and sturdy. I liked that it had at least 4 heights for the crib mattress. My only complaint is that the board that holds the mattress is not a board or wooden slats. Its black metal which you can see through the crib unless you use a crib skirt. (We are not), but its completely up to preference and probably something that will only bother me and no one will notice. However, LOVE the crib and love that it already comes with the side rail for when baby is ready for his big boy bed :)

Modern design for a neutral nursery, easy assembly!

from Tucson, AZ on 12/15/2015 – Verified Buyer

This crib is a perfect match for the Hudson Changing table. The bed does allow you to convert into a toddler bed with side rail, but you can only place along the wall like a traditional crib. It does not offer you to orient it like a traditional bed with headboard. If you get creative you can turn the wide side into a headboard for your children as they grow. Assembly was very easy. It is also easily adjusted to move the mattress lower or higher with a little elbow grease.

Pros: Great value. Toddler bed option.
Cons: Only one orientation for toddler bed.
