The only reason I didn't give this five stars is that the mattress springs are black. Meaning until you use this as a toddler bed, you need a bed skirt to cover it. Definitely should be white. Everything else is great. My husband and I put it together in about an hour with no issues. I agree with other reviews that the finish scratches easily, so we built it on a blanket.. Anne.
