The quality is more a 3-star, but added a star as the style of the dresser looks nice and is what I expected. The interlocking system made some jangling chain sounds when opening and closing the drawers. I had to diy/macgyver the locking system by putting in some adhesive cushion to curb some of the jangling noise;,which was annoying; but ultimately I got it to where I was happy with that sound so that’s good. There are also a couple of chips in the paint or lacquer of the drawers which isn’t awesome, but not too noticeable. Even though people were saying things like 'you don't need a changing table you'll just use the bed' we really needed a dresser for all the c*** that comes with babies and lovely things from baby showers. As other reviewers have said, it is a little tricky to put together - in that sense, together with the fact that only the sides of the drawers are solid wood - you could say that you might as well go to Ikea - pay half the price for as much or less hassle. However my husband and I took our time and it has turned out beautifully. I love the modern style, the 'non-handles' make for easy opening, the adjustable shelf in the cupboard section, the color is just as pictured on the site... We have ordered this crib to match and hope it will look as beautiful as this. We got the Changing Pad 30 - it is a little loose but we'll fix that with velcro, and I divided the drawers into sections with Expandable drawer organizers.
