I was concerned the pillow back would translate to poor lumbar support, but it's firm enough to provide good support while still being cushy. I'm 5'7" and the chair is a great fit for me - I can rest my head on the back of the chair. My husband is 6'7" and sits almost a head higher than the back, but that's unfortunately unavoidable for him. He said it's still really comfortable, and the seat is deep enough to accommodate his long legs. Haven't had any issues with squeaking that other reviewers describe, but it's only been in our house for a week so far. Soon it'll be relocated to our baby's nursery.. Katie. Flagstaff, AZ. Beautiful chair. It's very comfortable with the lumbar pillow, and has a nice smooth glide. The recline is gentle and quiet. However, the power recline stopped working at one point while fully extended, and I was only able to get it working again by unplugging and plugging it back in.
