Read-With-Me 4-In-1 Convertible Crib With Drawer

The crib arrived with deep, obvious gouges on several of the pieces. In addition, one of the rails on the side had snapped into two. It was exactly what we wanted, but someone needs to monitor the packing and shipping process because they are wasting the manufacturer’s time.

Super cute crib! There were some markings on it, and I reached out to customer service. I was credited 15 of the total price which I thought was fair. The drawer at the bottom isn’t very sturdy, but it’s nice to have to throw some extra sheet in.

The color is gorgeous, but unfortunately shows every flaw. My package arrived damaged and so I was of course concerned the inside items were damaged. To no surprise they were but we still pushed through for the 2 hours to assemble it, in the hopes that we could hide the flaws by angling it or turning it around. Unfortunately we couldn’t and even the toddler rail for future was damaged. I called storkcraft as their packaging said and they were extremely rude and said I needed to call wayfair. Wayfair’s associate was pleasant and immediately helped me with a replacement (tbd on how that product is as it’s being shipped), but when I asked if someone could also assist me in assembling it the answer was no. So now I have to completely take this crib apart, to reassemble another crib. It’s extremely frustrating and annoying, especially have two kids under 2. When I asked if there’s a touch up kit to hide some of the blemishes as well the answer was also no, not for this color. So if you pick this color, while beautiful, has a lot of room for flaws.

Crib was damaged once it was opened. Top slates are cracked. How do I return and get a new crib?
