This piece of furniture is great - however, the assembly person damaged my wall. I filed a claim, and after Wayfair asked the assembler if they damaged my wall - who obviously responded no - Wayfair denied my claim. The email I received back said verbatim "Unfortunately, following a thorough review and based on the facts we have about your claim, we are unable to issue you compensation, as you requested. We have denied your claim because the damages werent caused by the Waypro." The Waypro in question offered me his personal business card to bypass Wayfair assembly prices in the future, because he would be cheaper if I went directly through him. Wayfair did not seem concerned to learn this information when I was on the phone with them.
