I honestly was so excited for this dresser and matching crib.. but the dresser arrived damaged in almost every aspect. For starters there were nicks and chips everywhere. When we opened the cabinets the shelves were just thrown inside, not wrapped up or protected in anyway. So I assume during shipping the shelves themselves just smashed around during the 7 days it was in transit. The shelves were dented, cracked and missing parts of the wood on all angles. They also smashed into the doors for 7 days and left the doors all cracked and dented from the inside. There were also no little pieces to hold the shelves up. So I couldn't even use them as shelves, just 2 tall storage areas..
I have now spent 10 days on various calls with Wayfair trying to replace it. They can't replace it because they can't get me a new one till after my baby comes, and as a new mom, the last thing I need is to be is coordinating a dresser delivery and not having a dresser for any of his things or changing table. I was told 2 weeks ago I would get a refund so I can purchase a new one elsewhere and that refund NEVER HAPPENED! I've now spoken to 3 different people from Wayfair and none of them have record of my refund being submitted or processed. I keep being told I will get a call in 3-5 business days with a resolution, but at 9 months pregnant I really don't have time for that! So, I am currently out $1,600 + shipping & tips to the 3 ppl it took t get this into my house on the original dresser and another $1,600 + shipping and tips for the new one I just purchased directly from the vendor.
If your thinking about shopping here for baby furniture that you need fast and in new condition, save yourself the headache and stress... Also, BabyLetto is under the same umbrella as Carters, DaVinci & Namsake. Instagram just hypes up one to bet better then the other.. Just buy the cheaper one, it's all the same.
