The initial came with a few scratches on the handle which on matte black sticks out SO much. All Modern replaced them instantly and they look GREAT! The tub spout was a bit larger than I'd imagined so I would recommend really measuring as I think the picture is a bit out of proportion. Also, we have relatively soft water but they will show some scale pretty easily being black but a quick wipe down regularly keeps them looking good.
