The mailbox itself is great... Although like another user, I added a piece behind the cutouts (in my case to prevent people from seeing that there is mail in there). Arrive quickly and very safely packed in shipping. This thing is heavy duty, sturdy, solid metal. The top closes softly (not the loud metal clang of our old box) and it was very easy to mount. Only downside was that we thought the top and sides were silver (stainless steel) color but turns out it's actually white. Wish that was more clear in the description, hard to tell from the picture..
