homeowner from E. Grand Rapids, MI on 08/16/2014 – Verified Buyer
Delta Trinsic faucet is very handy for hand-washing dishes and rinsing hands and utensils while doing messy kitchen tasks. Installation is somewhat complicated for a homeowner first time installation (a plumber quoted $280 for installation and likely would not have made his expected profit if hired). Also, under the sink hoses, plumbing wires, and electrical connections get pretty crowded and congested. Delta technical support does answer with minimal delay and is helpful. On at least three occasions in the first month of use, the faucet's "touch-on" feature has appeared to engage in the absence of anyone in the kitchen. The water would have run indefinitely until discovered. Thankfully each of the incidents occurred while someone was still home to discover within a few minutes that the water was running. We now try to make sure that the water is shut off manually with the faucet handle if we are leaving the kitchen for a while. If we forget to manually shut off the faucet and the faucet turns on by itself while we are gone for an extended period the cost could be substantial to...enormous. We need to find a fail-safe solution for this or we may be forced to disconnect the touch-on feature due to the potential for a huge water bill!

To touch, or not to touch. from Toronto, ON on 12/16/2014 – Verified Buyer
I thought the touch technology would either rock my world or be annoying. It's a little bit of both. Kind of like changing operating systems, or having soft close toilet seats then visiting someone who doesn't and letting the lid crash down. You need to retrain yourself to properly appreciate this faucet. If you don't adapt easily (my wife wants to throw the batteries out so it works like a traditional faucet) then it may drive you nuts. Turning on and off seemingly like it is possessed when you are trying to use it. Myself and the kids adapted and it can be helpful at times. Definitely easier for a 3 year old to touch the faucet on and off than manipulate the lever and also protects from changing the temperature by mistake. Turns off automatically if you forget to do so. Neat, but not life changing.

Works Well from Mesa, AZ on 11/09/2015 – Verified Buyer
The touch feature is definitely nice, and has a little indicator light in case you forgot you had it active. Only complaint my client had was when the dishwasher kicked on with the touch feature active it would drip a bit. I don't know how that happened and the plumbers never figured it out, but no other complaints.

This faucet is so handy when you have raw meat, fish or poultry on your hands and want to wash them. No more wiping everything off after preparing your meat.

So far so good with Trinsic Touch2O from Laval, QC on 03/11/2012 – Verified Buyer
Chose this model to replace leaking Moen Extensa for its Euro look, ceramic cartridge & touch action. Easy intall and flawless op after doing dishes today. Things you should now: flow is lower than equiv models due to 4 hose design, spout arm swings 360 deg potentially outside sink, handle can be positioned at front to keep water mess in front of faucet. Strong points: good looks, solid base, features work as advertised, built-in anti-siphons. Weaker points: play in plastic base/spout joint, foam gasket base seal not rubber, multiple o-ring based quick-connects. Long term watch: action of solenoid valve, wear of base/spout joint, sealing of quick-connects. Now working on a dedicated 9V DC supply to get rid of battery pack.

Absolutely love this faucet! from Denver, CO on 12/30/2013 – Verified Buyer
I had to talk my husband into paying this much for a kitchen faucet, but it was so worth it! My plumber was pleased - he loves Delta products. Easy for him to install -works perfectly just need to make sure that the wires are not touching something that causes the water to not turn on or off. The chrome is easy to keep clean.

Obsessed with this faucet! from Montclair, NJ on 11/16/2015 – Verified Buyer
We just redid a kitchen and bought this is the bronze color. Our contractor loved it so much since you touch and water flows. Love the tall handle--a statement piece for sure!
