I was hesitant to buy a chair online without sitting on it first, but after reading reviews I felt reassured. I'm glad I took the risk! It arrived pretty quickly and looks gorgeous in our living room. As others have mentioned, it's a bit stiff, but I expect the seat will soften up with time. It has a rich fabric and a clean and classy-yet-modern look. It is just right in terms of size for me; I'm petite (5ft, 100lbs), so I don't like chairs that are too deep or oversized. It was very easy to put together and not too heavy to unpack or move around. It even came with pads for the legs so they don't scratch the floor!
