There's a nearly endless appeal to this rounded Mid-Century Modern bar height stool design. The hand upholstered Tweed fabric and artfully tapered wooden legs are tasteful and subtle, and the piece is manufactured in Illinois. Made to order and easy to assemble, the freedom that an armless stool design offers along with a sturdy frame make it a sensible choice without being boring. A compliment to any bar height space or elevated desk area.

Very cute and comfortable, however they were not the easiest to put together. Some of the leg braces/foot rests did not fit all the way into the leg holes and one of the screw holes was stripped. I tried to view this first in the store because they are unusual, but was not available, so after much waiting I purchased. There was a little problem with the hardware, but worked out ok. These are very comfortable, very sturdy and unique. Perfect height for my island. Description was spot on. 1/3/26- update- these are still very sturdy, haven't broken despite the frequent 'barstool scoot' to get to the counter, and resist spots and stains easily. Purchased for a client's kitchen and it is exactly as pictured. Comfortable to sit in, with a firm upholstery seat. The swivel is not too "loose" which means that the seat stays put when you're getting in and out. The seat swivels with just the right amount of effort and the base does not extend past the seat when turned, so no uncomfortable pokes to the legs.
