very nice and fair price for engineer wood. It does not look like solid wood at all but it has the structure to mimic solid wood.. Helena. Fri May 08 2026

This dining table plays with shadow, structure, and materials, creating a sculptural look in your dining room. It's made from a blend of solid and engineered wood, with a rectangular surface set on an X-shaped pedestal base. The base has an angular design, where one leg in a matching oak finish to the table top supports the surface at an angle, while the other in a black finish intersects it. This gives it the illusion that the table is floating, and being partially supported by its shadow. We're all about that high-contrast design. Measuring 79'' wide, this table comfortably seats six.

Love this table! Sturdy, beautiful, and holds up well with my 4 kids and their daily damage.. Jessica. Bixby, OK. Sun Jun 07 2026

Durant 84" dining table by Classic Home.

There is a tradeoff between style and stability. You won't be able to sit on this table without it tipping all the way over. Obviously, there's no reason to sit on a table; just setting expectations. Otherwise it's absolutely stable enough for dining and such. The markings on the surface are obviously intentional and meant to evoke an industrial feel. There is a blotchy shine or lamination on the surface that I'm not sure if it should be scrubbed off or ignored (it's not painfully obvious). This is a feature that should have been explained in the Description and highlighted in a photo.. Nigel. Brooklyn, NY. Fri Mar 21 2025

Discover the perfect centerpiece for your dining room. Crafted with precision from solid Acacia, these dining tables combine exceptional quality with the distinctive beauty of organic live edges. Whether you are hosting a cozy family dinner or entertaining guests, this mix-and-match design lets you select tabletop size and base style to create a custom table that elevates everyday gatherings and special occasions alike.

Absolutely gorgeous table! I love the matte finish that allows the beauty of the wood grain, knots, and other natural characteristics of the wood to shine. The legs are substantial and look sleek without distracting from the beauty of the tabletop. Delivery was wonderful (thank you, Lathrop team!) and assembly was quick. The only reason for the docked star is that my tabletop arrived with a crack that begins on the edge and extends to the underside of the solid wood top. Although I was disappointed to find this on a brand new table, I'm currently working with Wayfair on a resolution.. Tammy. Roseville, CA. Mon Jul 13 2026
