I ordered the sectional on a Monday and it arrived on Saturday. Delivery was through Wayfair and was seamless. The delivery people texted me 30 minutes before arriving, they showed up, dropped it in my apartment, and left. Unboxing was a bit of a chore, but I managed.
This piece is firm and the fabric is soft. I'm a very tall person and fit comfortably if I lay in the "long" direction.
I'll also mention that the individual pieces of this sectional are not too heavy. I think I'd be able to pick up each piece on my own if needed. I can see this being helpful for cleaning.
