Its a well made lumineer folks. I believe the wood is radiata pine based on the striations, the mounting box is solid metal, impressive welding/soldering. The wiring harness is also of quality materials. The manner it emits light through the sanded (frosted) acrylic is really quite fetching. Two slight issues, well, one, it sits relatively close to the wall so the mirror you purchase should lay flat against the wall or as close as possible otherwise there will be a noticeable shadow cast...not a deal-breaker at all. The other is I wish it had the option to change the color of the light to something more soft. It is a little bright or sterile for the bathroom, but again not a deal-breaker for me. Installation was as expected (it even came with these tiny white gloves like you were handling a piece of art...very cute). Highly original fixture that I very much appreciate. Would recommend..
