Unfortunately the shade arrived with dents despite the great packaging it came in. It ruins the beauty and I'll probably have to return it. The package had all these well-designed, separate boxes that in theory should have kept everything really safe. What happened is I think someone dented it in while packaging it, which is too bad. Bad QC- putting something dented in a box that protects it, well it's already dented from handling. Beautiful lamps though, I got two. They're a really lovely design and it's too bad.. Anonymous.
