This is nicer than I expected. It looked like it would be a little more gray on the whole sofa pictures, but the picture that showed a close up of the fabric is a lot closer to the actual color. It seems great, and we're hoping it holds up well!. Anonymous. Mon Aug 31 2026

Overall, satisfied with the sofa. Exactly how it looked in the picture. Feels sturdy. Cushion is a little too firm but I understand it’ll take a few weeks to break it in (hopefully). The back height behind the cushion could be a little higher to provide more support. The back cushions are also firm enough to keep the shape better than other sofas we’ve tried, although still needs fluffing from time to time to maintain tailored look.. Chris. Austin, TX. Good communication throughout the process. The sofa is a bit lighter in color than what the picture shows but overall we love the way it looks and it is very comfortable!. Anonymous. Washington. Fri Aug 08 2025
