I really think this is an excellent rug! The dark striations standout far more in reality than the photo and it does have a bit of disorienting effect if you stare at it long enough. But its charming, great weight, it laid down flat within a day. You can actually tell that it was a well made and crafted with intention. Way under priced in my opinion...don't debate; just buy it.
