the photo of four mugs was confusing and made me think I was buying a set. It listed set - 1 but I didn't notice unit -1 until the single cup arrived for the same price as multiple cups on all other websites.

Deceptive advertising. The site shows a set of 4, but when you enter quantity of 1, expecting it to be 1 set, it is only 1 mug that you end up buying for $25. This is not made clear on the site. If you are only selling one mug, then put a picture of only one mug on the site.
