HENCKELS Classic Razor-Sharp 8-inch Chef's Knife, German Engineered Informed by 100+ Years of Mastery

Seems to cut very well, just a bit thinner and lighter than expected but time will tell how it holds up!

I bought this knife to replace my first Henckels knife that I bought around 25 years ago. Old knife is on top in the photo. Henckels is my favorite brand of cutlery. This new Chef's knife is perfect: razor sharp and fits well in my hand. I'd recommend Henckels to anyone who appreciates high-quality cutlery.
