These chairs are beautiful. The lines are unique and the chair stands out. The chairs are light weight and seem sturdy; time will only tell. I deducted a star because of two things. One, the seat pad color is bleh. It’s not tan, not cream, kinda taupe but with a hint of yellow in it. That said, it’s still neutral and works. You could recover them easily if it is a turn off but you like the frame. Secondly, three of the nine chairs they sent were damaged (I ordered 6). Two were definitely damaged due to shipping (lots of outer box damage), but one was a joint issue that was a manufacturing defect. These Upholstered Armchairs from AllModern are pretty nice overall. They assemble very easily and the Navy Blue upholstery is a nice color and texture, soft like a chenille. They have a nice wide seating area and are comfortable to sit in. The picture on the site shows the front measurement all the way across 18.3” but that’s is just the inside seating area, the front of the chair measures 25”.
