Gorgeous dresser! It came fully assembled, just had to screw in the feet. Its is solid wood and super heavy. The hardware is the perfect brass color, not like a fake gold. The craftsmanship is high quality, it is very well made, the rattan is flawless. It has so much interior space! My other dresser was actually a little bigger but this can hold more. There is a lot of color variation in the wood grain. The description doesnt say what type of wood but it looks like maybe poplar or mango wood. Overall the experience was good. The shipping time was excellent. The product was well packaged but still came with some minor scuffs and would be nice if a touch up pen was included. The way they installed the handles for shipping left marks on the drawer face that are bigger then the handles. This is a chest that delivers lots of storage + clean lines to your bedroom. We especially love the distinctive wood grains and the recessed faces of the five soft-close drawers. The nightstands came in 2 days and we were able to choose the delivery date for the chest and dresser. The quality and modern look is great, really enhances the coastal / modern look of our bedroom. The Nova Domus Santa Monica chest comes from our new Santa Monica bedroom collection! This chest was delivered in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. The dark gray color works well in our office/guest room and the drawers are deeper than we expected. They also pull out farther than another dresser I have from Wayfair and they close securely. This isn't a complaint but the gold handles are on the brassy side of gold. solid quality piece. the interior wood does lean more yelloworange than i’d prefer. soft close interior drawers were nice, but double doors were not. you can’t tell from the pictures, but the hinge does run the whole height of the unit and is visible from the outside (also black so doesn’t stand out much). my unit had issues but came to a resolution after a few calls with wayfair..
