The Staub Cast Iron Braiser, Dutch Oven 3.5 Quart was the perfect size for 2 to 3 people. Serving size says 2-4 and I think that will depend on how big of an apatite your family has. The Geraldine color is amazingly beautiful, so beautiful I think I will buy every piece of Staub it comes in. Wayfair packed this item for shipment very well, unlike some others who slap a printing label on the original box and ship with no protection for the long journey from warehouse to home. I appreciate the detail in how it was packaged, and shipment of this product was fast I received it sooner than expected which was very much appreciated! This is a very pretty light grey glass bowl. It appears to be floating on the counter because it's base, or flat area, is only in the very center of the bowl. I purchased it for a fruit bowl for my husbands town house and it looks beautiful with fruit in it on the granite counters. The only thing is if the fruit is on one side of the bowl only, it kinda tips to the side, so you would want to kind of balance the fruit in the bowl. I am happy with the purchase.. Kirsten.
