dCOR design Amara 46" TV Stand

Looks as good in my family room as it does in the photo. I got this for an amazing price. I recommend two people put it together (I did it by myself) but would be easier and faster if someone else helped to hold some of the parts and especially to help move this into place! This unit weighs a ton, well ok 120 pounds but when it was delivered it was tough to move! I've had this unit for a month and I still am impressed when I look at it. The only negatives: well, I have to get someone to help me move the unit - don't want to risk doing that myself with the TV and electronics! Oh, and since my unit has the smoked glass shelves they do show any dust! So now I have to be a little cleaner! Love this stand...and I definitely recommend it!

The stand was more than I hoped for.It is made with good materials, very attractive and easy to put together. I highly recommend it.

My tv use to be mounted on the wall so I no longer have the stand that came with it. I am currently renting now and needed an alternative...this is perfect! While this is not meant to go in a corner that is where I have placed it and it is not bulky looking. It does not take up excessive amounts of floor space but can still hold four gaming systems and 3 receivers stacked on one shelf.

Basically, what you see is what you get. It is reasonably good quality, functional and has clean, modern lines. Not very easy to assemble, but only takes a screwdriver. Much easier if you have two people. Check out the height as it is a little lower than I thought with the TV on a stand.

I'd recommend this product to anyone. Easy to to assemble, and goes great with multiple colors. Can hold up to 60" tvs

Loved that the piece actually closely resembles the images portrayed on the site. The furniture is nice quality materials and looks terrific. Easily assembled and I'm very pleased.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, attractive, disappointed that the color of the wood was very dark not as light as depicted in the picture, it is so dark that it blends into the dark glassi instead of contrasting, overall good buy for the money

As previous reviewers stated, the tv stand is very heavy, which is a plus but putting it together was a bit of a nightmare, even for someone who is extremely handy, as I am. The problem was with the predrilled holes, which were not drilled correctly, so the shelves did not line up. What should have been less than thirty minutes for assembly, ended up taking me over two hours. Another issue is the shelves are made of particle board and although the box was not damaged during shipping, when I pulled out the shelves, the front corners were smashed flat, which is extremely noticeable. Overall, the stand looks nice but not as nice as I thought it would and with the irritation of misdrilled holes, and the damage, I would not buy this unit again.

It's hard to look at something on a web site and judge the quality until you've gotten it home and can see it for yourself. We recieved it on a timely manner. It is a nice piece and it's a little different than what I had imagined in the picture although I am pleased with it and it went together fairly quickly. The material is good solid construction and very sturdy. And it fit well with our funiture. Overall I am pleased with the puchase and would buy more pieces in the future.
