This is a superior sharpening steel which will sharpen even the dullest knives. Even the best knife will lose its initial sharpness during the course of time. J.A. Henckels sharpeners will make this task seem easy. Always use a J.A. Henckels sharpener or steel for your J.A. Henckels knives.
